The Millenium Biltmore is one of the grand dames of hotels and it is the only one of its kind in the LA area. The rooms are spacious and the public areas are exquisitely beautiful, well-maintained and impeccably clean. Suitable for business and leisure visitors, the hotel is central to Los Angeles providing easy connections to any location in the metro area. As a bonus, television and movies use the area for frequent filming so there are many opportunities to become star struck!

Has a very grand entrance. Rooms are smaller than usual but clean and comfortable. Consider it cozy. Since hotel parking is way pricey, we parked in an overnight lot across the street, on olive street, for $14 a night. Staff was friendly.

The area at night seems a little unsafe. The rooms are out dated and are in need of a refurbishment. TV's and furnishings are antiquated hotel lobby and public rooms are still very impressive. Staff was friendly enough but we had to wait 40 minutes for ours bags to get to our rooms.

The MBH has excellent personal. They were very attentive. The hotel itself transported me to the golden years of great films. The antique feel of the hotel was great. I would stay there again.

it was an excellent experience. We live 15 miles from the Hotel but we've always been curious about staying in this historic place. We did almost get charged for internet service that we didn't get so check your bill. The staff was very efficient when we pointed out the error. Check-out was fast except we had to wait for our car about 20 minutes. The valet people were busy during check out time and there's not much room where in the drop-off pick-up area.

Even though the hotel had a very nice atmosphere, the fact remains that the rooms are sub par. Sinks, shower heads and fixtures are old, and their best days are well behind them. The air con vents in the rooms are filthy, and the Grand avenue sports bar smelled awful. This hotel did not compare to other four star hotels I have stayed in.

I would not consider this 4 star. The common areas are very nice but the room was small, furnishings & bedding old, and the bathroom cannot accommodate two people trying to get dressed. There was only one mirror in the room and it is in the bathroom. Parking is outrageous at $34/night.

I'd stay here again when visiting downtown LA.

This would be a great place to visit, the history of the hotel is rich and the lobby/public areas are amazing. I would not stay in this hotel again, as the mattress and the bedding was on par with a Motel 6. (Double beds, not queens either).

Disappointing that they made an effort to put me in their furthest away, most tired, run-down room because of the price I paid.

 Very traditional and historic hotel.

The public spaces were very beautiful and appeared to be cleaner than our room.

This historical landmark hotel meets its 4* quality in terms of interior decor, but not when it comes to its room and exterior. The room is a bit rundown and reminded me more like a 2-1/2 star joint. Its parking is too expensive and location very hard to get to during weekdays (since its right in the middle of downtown LA).

This hotel is Hollywood history with its beautiful architecture and the kind of elegance you don't see anymore. Every member of the staff I talked to was more than helpful and friendly. Above and beyond the norm.
