The staff was always cheerful and did their best to be helpful. The cleaning crew always made up the beds and kept the bathroom clean and the breakfast selection was one of the better ones that I have seen. Their customized omelets are great and everything was fresh. I particularly enjoyed the free USA today, which was left at the door every weekday. The shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver and the subway access proved helpful after we abandoned the car rental. Although I would recommend this hotel, I don't believe I would stay again at an Embassy. Nothing against the hotel, but I could have gotten most of the same amenities at cheaper and lesser rated hotels. I tried a fancy hotel because usually, I don't stay at fancy hotels. I am more of a bed/breakfast or small hotel person.

The hotel staff, for the most part, was helpful, however, don't eat dinner in the dining room. They were either very short staffed or had a staff turn-over, extremely long wait for not being all that busy. The hotel is a *.00 cab ride to major historical site/shopping area. We became savvy with the subway which helped save some money. The nearest subway station is about 1/2 mile from hotel, ask clerk for directions. They have car rental locations next to hotel but reading other reviews we chose not to drive, glad we didn't. The breakfast was good and a good variety. Try to eat early, like 8:00am to avoid the rush, not enough tables if you wait til 9:00am.

I was satisfied with the Hotel in general. The room service was excellent, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the provided breakfast was superb. But I had a rental car, and the hotel property only provided valet parking at $30 per day which I found absolutely ridiculous. No way I was going to pay $210 for parking fees for the 7 day stay. I was forced to park in the street every night and walk 1 to 2 blocks back to the hotel. Not nice.

Rooms were clean and very close to airport. A little difficult to find if driving. Rooms older, but clean. Not usual standard for Embassy Suite. Staff was great. Friendly, helpful. Restaurant/bar area was open and friendly. I'd stay there again for the convenience and short distance to airport.

The rooms were nice and the bed was cozy. We enjoyed the cook to oder breakfast. We were surprised at check in that the only parking available was valet at 30 bucks a night! Other than that, our stay was nice. It is close to the Airport and the hotel will shuttle you back and forth so you can catch the subway to all the local attractions.

I started my day with one delayed flight after the other and my day got worse as it progressed. When I finally arrived at Logan it was almost 10:30 pm, their shuttle came and picked me and whisked me to the hotel. I checked in and the front desk attendant was very nice and could tell that I was not having a good day - she did her best to cheer me up. The restaurant was closed (just missed it) but the front desk attendant walked with me to restaurant and they were kind enough to take my order and deliver it to my room. After a day of delays and one rude person after the next it was a treat to be treated with such hospitality. I will make this my hotel of choice from now on!

The location of this hotel gives you quick and easy access to Logan airport. They have a free shuttle to the airport that is very convenient. My room was very clean. Everything worked fine in the room itself. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to enjoy quiet nights & get good sleep. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful in every way. The only negative was the high price of parking. I was charged 30/night for valet parking. Unfortunately, there did not seem to be any other option for parking. Parking space is at a premium near the airport.

The interior of this hotel is a warehouse, with halogen lighting (even in the overpriced restaurant in the middle of the warehouse). While convenient to the airport it is convenient to nothing else. The subway terminal into town is about a half a mile away, it is quicker to walk to/from the terminal than wait for a ride - which in the spring and fall is not bad because the walk is through a park area, but I could only imagine the walk in the heat of summer or the snowfall of winter. Though I would point out that walking to the subway terminal is attractive when you realize that the IRT subway drivers in NYC speeding between 34th and 14th streets have something in common with Embassy's shuttle bus drivers. The rooms are fine and the service is adequate -- though it would be good to talk with someone at an Embassy Suites that was not ESL and occasionally when convenient hide behind the language disability. It is just that you feel walking into the hotel that you are entering a warehouse just off of the airport. That feeling is compounded by the geographic surroundings -- rental car facilities and parking areas. Generally, I prefer to stay at Embassy Suites, but I would only stay here if I was holding a meeting and had people coming TO me -- though the $30 for parking might discourage those coming to the meeting (and, no, there is no where else to park...unless they are coming to drop off a rental car).

The staff is fantastic. We made a wrong turn and ended up on the wrong side of a barricade in the middle of the street the hotel is on. A staff person actually got in our car to navigate us to the entrance. A hotel manager also assisted my wife who was late going to breakfast. The rooms were comfortable. There are no stores or restaurants within view of the hotel, but the T station is very close. The surrounding area appeared safe and we walked from the T station to the hotel after dark. The biggest drawback is the restaurant closes between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. Don't arrive hungry. An extra treat would have been free internet.

The hotel room was fantastic and clean. However, the lounge at night and breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired. This hotel is best suited for business travelers, not vacationers. Location and amenities not appealing to the leisure traveler.

The hotel staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure we not only were comfortable but that we knew our way around town. They even suggested some places to eat within walking distance that were fantastic! We didn't care for the breakfast and afternoon manager's lunch. The food was often cold or hard or both. At times some selections were over cooked. We would stay again but not at the rate I paid this time around.

Our stay at Embassy Suites boston At Logan airport was for the most part a really wonderful stay. Almost all the employees were willing to go out of their way to help us in anyway they could. The shuttle service was great. The drivers were all very friendly and helpful and only one time (out of a week's stay) did we have to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle to take us to the subway station or to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. the subway station was actually only a few blocks from the hotel, but my mother was with me and she uses a cane, so using the shuttle was much more practical for us. In addition, we rented a car for a couple of days and the airport car rental places are literally around the corner from the hotel. My only complaint would be some of the little things. Embassy Suites had a made-to-order breakfast every morning and most mornings it was great, but at least a couple of mornings they ran out of bagels and English muffins (well before the end of breakfast deadline) and didn't replenish them. Other items in the buffet also did not get replaced or replinished in a timely manner. that didn't mean there wasn't food to eat, it just didn't have the items I wanted at that time. the rooms were very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was an excellent situation for a family to stay in. I also had to make use of the business center several times while I was there and except for it being pretty busy some of the time, everything I needed was at my fingertips. the only real drawback to Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport is that there isna't anywhere nearby to eat. If you don't eat out while you are in the city side of Boston harbor, you're left with the hotel restaurant. The food there is good, but there isn't a lot of selection and it's pretty expensive. In addition, the drinks in the machines and the snacks in the little shop next to the reception desk is outrageously expensive. Nevertheless, we had a really good stay, so thank you

One drawback: we had an early flight, prior to the start of the cooked-to-order included brekfast. We could not get even a coffee to take on the shuttle to the terminal.

The hotel itself was nice, plenty of room in the suite, walking distance to subway line, nice free breakfast. Dinner choices are limited, (there isn't anything close) and the hotel restaurant needs to add some vegetarian options to the menu. Vent fans in the bathroom would be nice, as well as instructions for the internet in the room. Very few channels on the TV so don't plan on watching your favorite show. Staff was nice, but didn't seem to go out of their way to be friendly and overly service oriented.
