My family and I checked into this hotel and was impressed from the start. The staff was very friendly when we checked in and was willing to help us with everything from our luggage to directions getting to Walt Disney World. The suite was like new and smelled fresh and clean. The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to sleep all day, but the kids wouldn't let me. Breakfast was great with so many things to choose from and we did get back one eveing in time to take advantage of the free drinks and snacks. We did catch the free bus to Universal Studios. The ride was about 45 minutes to go 2 miles, but it stopped at other hotels as well. I would definately stay here again. I don't think my kids would let me stay anywhere else.

The kitchen efficiency made it possible to keep fresh fruit, juice, cheese and bread to support a regular personal routine. This, of course, in addition to the hotel food service and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was walking friendly, including a large Walgreen's within one block of the hotel.

Overall the place was ok. The breakfast was great, but we took the food back to our room and the dishes were still there when we checked out. Maid service not very good, did not empty garbage and never left enough towels , also left dirty towels in the room. One bedroom suite was kinda small, but the beds were comfortable. We were asked upon check in if we wanted to put down a credit card for incidentals and they put a 50.00 hold on our credit card. Also a land line computer connection is a 250.00 deposit on your credit card for the cable. The atrium is beautiful and lots of restuarats close by. Also theme parks are close by.

The hotel is situated in a great location. It is close to local tranportation. It is located near a variety of restaurants for all budgets and tastes. The hotel is family and business friendly. I enjoyed the free warm breakfast buffets, as well as free access to the internet. They also have friendly and attentive staff.

I would return to this hotel, it offered everything I needed. The only downfall was I accidentally selected a smoking room and when I arrived asked to be moved to a non smoking room and the only thing they could offer me was a handicap room. I will be more careful next time when booking my room.

| At first check-in the front desk person was not helpful. The room was just ok, Employee just let himself in the room to check on something that should have been taken care of before we checked in, the phone in room did not work and the boarder around the bathroom door had rust all over it.Buyer beware not worth be money.
