The room was too small but clean while the price was too hight for the services which was offered. Not to mention the breakfast which was poor and the breakfast room which was underground.

Very easy to find, and great reception staff. Okay so the rooms are a little on the tiny side, but ours was so clean and the bathroom was spotless. For an overnight stay it was perfect and we would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived we were told that there were no rooms booked for us, that they were already gone in spite of several telephone calls and a generous deposit sent by bank transfer. I must add that the staff found an acceptable solution to this problem but the initial shock was strong. The rooms are indeed even smaller than you can imagine and the showers are for the Barbie's world and with no basin, which is in the bedroom. All the rest is really fine: location, surroundings and breakfast.

We only stayed one night, but was a central location, and they were very helpful to enable us to have a shower and freshen up in a room, following our long flight.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I was traveling with my teenaged daughter and we found Elysee to be conveniently situated and very pleasant.

A comfortable and clean hotel with small rooms but a good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Great surroundings and just 2 minutes walking from the underground station of Lancaster Gate. A good choice for a 2-3 days stay in London.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were very central to sites and just up the road from Hyde Park and Marble Arch. We walked to most sites or took the Tube which was just around the corner. Breakfast was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. The only problem was that only suitcases or people got in the lift, one or the other. But that was typical throughout Europe and not really a problem.

The hotel is just renewed, the rooms are quite small but clean. Only 2 minutes from Lancaster Gate Underground, in a residential area near Hide Park.

The area is quite beautiful. Only a few subway stops to the heart of the city. In the weekend the lift/elevator was not in service, and we were assigned a fourth floor room!!! Reception personnel is really unable to perform any kind of assistance. Even easy requests as adaptors or taxis were a scientifically complex operation. Breakfast room and waitresses are good, not a lot of choices for breakfast, but the room is clean enough and the three ladies are actually kind.

We have been for 2 nights in the hotel, the time to visit London with my family. We had a renovated room and it was very clean. It was also very convenient to be close to a tube station and to Kensington gardens.
