Nice hotel. Quality-price ratio good for an expensive city like Torino. Our room facing the inside yard was quiet except for the restaurant kitchen noise early in the morning and late at night. Multilingual staff at reception (including French and English). Good breakfast including cold cuts and cheese. Location central and within walking distance to all attractions including a very nice park. Hotel parking is easy. Hotel easy to find.

I was flabbergasted by the rate I got: 50 Eur for a clean 3 star in Turin it's peanuts. The area gets a little shady at night as it is often the case near railway stations in large towns, but it is not unsafe. The single room wa very spacious, with completely renewed bathroom, a very nice old dresser, an old fresco on the ceiling, 14' flat screen TV. I expected a piece of crap hotel but it was very nice compared the short budget I had.

Due Mondi was an excellent choice ang great value for money! In a very convenient location, especially if travelling via railway, but also within walking distance from every major point in Turin and with great eating option nearby. The room was really spacious, with a wonderful bathroom with hydromassage. The staff was most helpful and polite. We'll definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel in the centre of Torino. Good location, except there is a noisy street nearby.

The street that the hotel is on is entirely not clean, many people loitering (some peeing in broad daylight directly on the street). I was afraid to leave the room at night because of the type of people in the surrounding area (reportedly many prostitutes and drug dealers). If visiting Turin in the future I would recommend staying closer to via Roma or at least the side of the street closer to shopping and away from the train station. As for the room - found a lot of hairs in the bathroom - they hadn't cleaned it very thoroughly at all. Room was very small, and cramped. Air conditioner was on, but basically ineffective.

One of the recepcionists was agressive and unpolite. The other was fine. The furniture was poor and in bad condition. Only Italian channels on the TV. Poor offer for the breakfast. Too much economy in energy. Access to the room almost in the dark. Balconies degraded. The only thing good was the location close to the downtown. For me this is the only reason for the high cost because generally the facilities were very poor.

The buffet breakfast was limited in choice. There was no hook or rack in the bathroom for the towels.

I stayed at the Hotel Due Mondi in a single room just for one night before I caught a flight the next day. The hotel staff was not great at night. There were problems with both the phone and internet. The phone did eventually get fixed, the internet did not. at about 2:30am there was a VERY LOUD fight (verbal, not physical) between two of the other guests in the hotel that continued until 5am. I would have expected the hotel to take some action to resolve the situation but they did not get involved. Needless to say I did not have enough sleep and that is rough before a day with 17hours of travel. The hotel was moderately clean. The room itself was fairly clean, but he hallways were in great need of cleaning.

Booked two double for two nights, but got them for only one night, 'cos (they say) they had problem with reservation via internet (so i can't say if responsability is hotel's or venere.com's). One of the rooms was too hot and i couldn't change temperature; the other, without conditioned air, was a bit too cold. Breakfast was poor. Next night i was in the near hotel they suggested to me, but it was more poor and seemed not well attended.

Dovessi tornare a Torino sceglierei ancora l'Hotel Due Mondi.

We stayed at Hotel Due Mondi twice, the first room (and the public areas) had carpet and it was disgusting. Completely filthy. The second room had hard wood floors which was much better. Ask for a room with wood floors and it will be a little better.

walls between rooms very thin -- I could hear things going on in adjoining room. Neighborhood is all torn up for extension of metro line. Lots of people hanging out on street (but I did not feel unsafe at any time).

Very good hotel, only one thing: this structure is in a central area, but not good I had to ask to keep the car (plus 10 euros for night) because the people outside were very bad
