This hotel was clean and comfortable and there was an airport shuttle that picked me up and took me back to the airport. The hotel provided me with all the things I needed.

Front desk was very friendly. Warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were highly appriciated. Room service was very good, we highly reccomend the quesadilla. Pool was lovely, great slides. Fittness room was awesome, very enjoyable. We were put off by the other two reviews and we almost didn't stay there, so we booked it for one night and as soon as we got there and realized how great the hotel was, we booked it for three more. We highly reccomend this hotel, great for the value that the travel website offers.

Great hotel, beds were fabulous, staff was exceptional, the waterslides were a ton of fun for me and my 10year old. I am a picky traveler especially when it comes to rooms and these met and exceeded my expectations.

Will not stay again. Horrible service. Called on three different occasions to inquire about same hotel room. Was given three different prices all within 3 days. Asked to speak with manager was telephone relayed from customer service to a bell boy to a receptionist. Was not taken seriously. If you want good service stay away from Doubletree. The hotel is the factory of hotel services. They process you and then they spit you out, no service provided.

It is a perfect place for a business convention/conference. The rooms are reasonably priced and there are several amenities located in the complex. I look forward to staying there again next year.

Well below expectations. We chose this hotel for the pool and whirlpool available. Whirlpool was not working and pool did not appear to have been properly cleaned in a long time. Front desk staff tried to charge for parking which was to be included in my package. Continental breakfast was also to be included and front desk staff claimed no knowledge of this. Very frustrating. Room was large but dingy. Stains on couch and carpet.

The hotel is extremely well situated to access main roads to any part of Toronto & is located near (but not too near) the airport. Parking is only $10 per night with unlimited access via the room card. The beds were very comfortable & came with the best pillows I have ever slept on.

We were assigned room and after an 2 hours in room we started to have allergic reactions. We made our way back to the front desk. We received an apology and a new room. Little or no concern about the severe reactions we were having. $10 to park is steep for this area.

Overall, a great experience at a very nice hotel for price. However it was geared more towards business people so it felt awkward at times in leisure clothes and swim suit while others were around in business meetings and suits. However that would be the only thing I could complain about.

This hotel was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and the staff was knowledgeable. It was far from downtown but it was comfortable, had a very nice view, a great fitness center and pool and lots of restaurants in the area.

The staff was very polite, efficient and accommodating. The surroundings are very clean and pleasing. Many families were enjoying the pool and waterslide. The area near the hotel provides a number of good restaurants. It is easy to find from highway 401, 427 or 27.
