Overall, we had a nice stay. Most important, my room was clean, the bed comfy (very comfy), and free internet access in room. No rodents seen. The Doubletree cookies are always what I look forward to! My only problem was the 6th floor. A chain only as strong as its weakest link. The elevator opened to the 6th floor and we were disgusted at its appearance and smell. Thank God we weren't staying on that floor. Not the ritziest hotel, but not the worst either. Moderately chic in appearance when entering lobby - most people's 1st impression.

Immaculate rooms, wonderful room service, probably the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in without being a luxury hotel. It would have been great if it were in the center of activities or shopping you could walk to, but aside from that, it was really a great experience.

Great hotel for the price. Not the best looking one I've stayed in but far from the worst. Very good location in Atlanta. Highly recommend.

The staff seemed anxious to help. They appear to like their job and it was a very upbeat environment.

The lobby looks great and the breakfast is okay, but if you don't get the room you reserved you are out of luck. My room reeked of smoke and there were sagging stained ceiling tiles around the ventilation system. Mildew and mold in the tub added to the ambiance. I had difficulty breathing the next morning and left as soon as I could. I will not step foot in this Hotel ever again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I also liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was only a few minutes from the Lenox Mall and restaurants.

The staff explained to us that, this is the only room available which is very small even for one person, or they give us smoking room.

The Double Tree at Druid Hills was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to many of the Atlanta attractions that we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree Inn. We were not very familiar with the area we were in and the staff was more than helpful about guiding us to where we wanted to go. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was quiet.

I almost did not stay at this hotel because of the reviews on your site. I am so glad that I went anyway. The negative comments were not true. My daughters and I had a wonderful weekend of relaxation. We would stay here again.

Great mattress, very clean room, had coffee maker, fridge, microwave, & pull out couch. Neutrogena bath products. Only things I could have wanted were an indoor pool and free breakfast. The outdoor pool is very small.

This hotel was very clean, convenient, and the staff was pleasant upon arrival & departure. Although, we had a hard time finding a place to park when getting there late Friday night. That was frustrating with our entire luggage.

AFFORDABLE!-Clean rooms, nice lobby, clean pool, streamline work-out room with the latest exercise equipment (I'm someone who doesn't exercise but this place with it's cable TV built into each machine had me working out!) the staff were good people. They give you warm chocolate chip cookies when you check in! They must've been the best cookies I've had in a long time. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our friends truck was broken into and their company laptop was stolen. While the police was very helpful & courteous, the hotel staff seemed unconcerned. Also, when I called for some coffee supplies for our room one morning I was told I could come down to the restaurant and get it. This was inconsiderate to us, not to mention inconvenient, since I just woke up & was in my pajamas.
