Nice, clean, and had comfy beds. Great on property restaurants. Good location, easy to get to attractions, restaurants, etc. Warm cookies at check in were yummy. Would stay again.

For a Kessler hotel I found the accommodations to be just average. The double room was small, the bathroom was adequate. Nothing set this hotel apart from others in lesser categories. I was pretty disappointed.

I really enjoyed the unusual color outside, pink!:) But when looking at the bldg, you can see the great design and don't forget the music as you walk up to the double doors. They played majestic music, and a well done Christmas tree to greet your entrance. After checking in the front desk, and very pleasant surprise, soft, warm cookie. yumm I especailly like the room key just to get up the elevator. Again when you walked in your room, the majestic music, the style of head boards were like royalty. The bathrooms were clean and roomy.I would recommend The Castle to everyone. In fact I sent my son and his friend over their for the reasonable price compare to other hotels on International Drive.I will be back at The Castle in May 08.

This is a great hotel with friendly staff and always really clean! This is by far one of my favorite hotels! The beds are comfortable and I love how the hotel always smells like fresh baked cookies. Is great for both families and couples with all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved the hotel (castle theme was fun!!) Cookies were yummy that we received upon check in. We were upgraded to a king size room which was nice. You have to insert your room key in the elevator to make the elevator run so that is a good security feature. The location of the hotel is great......convenient to everything (whether walking or driving). The room was a good size, clean & the bed was so comfy (slept like logs)!! My only bad thing I have to say & it was probably a fluke but we ate breakfast one morning in the dining room & my glass was not clean (it had someone else's lipstick stains on one side of it). Cannot comment on pool we did not use it. I would recommend this hotel & we will stay there again.

No heat, four nights. Two nights very cold. Contacted management asking for heat. Next day someone fixed non-working desk lamp but still cold when heat turned all the way up. We also stayed at this hotel last week and that room had heat.

My overall experience at The Castle - Doubletree was such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It was everything that my husband and I thought that it would be. When you first enter into the lobby you really feel like a king or a queen! We were greeted by a hotel represinative at the front desk whom I though was okay:-} She was an asian female and she really didn't understand english that well but other than that the staff was wonderful. Once we made it to the room I was speechless. The room was so beautiful! We went to the pool only once and it was nice also. The hotel is also located in the middle of everything on Internation Dr. So, if you are planning a quick get away or a family vacation The Castle Doubletree Hotel is the place to stay. Oh by the way the cookies that they give you are delicious we purchased a ten when we checked out:)

I would never stay there again - I complained as soon as we got to the room and nothing could be done. The carpet was gross, stains still wet on the walls, air vents had dust balls hanging from the vents, the bathroom exhaust van sounded like an airplane was taking off.

The hotel was beautiful and its interior was wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean and what we liked most was that there was music pipped into every room. The restaurants were great and had good food, but it was so expensive. Both of the restaurants were very expensive. There were other places to go, but they were a hike up or down international drive. The hotel also only offers complimentary shuttles to certain locations and only at one time in the morning. We had a huge problem with the service. We gave our credit card for a * hold, but were charged over * for something we did not buy. It took almost a week to get the unnecessary charges off. This was a great inconvenience, but to make up for our troubles were did receive two free breakfasts.

It was great. Quirky decor, but not overbearing - it was just playful enough to really add a nice touch to a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Beds were super comfy, furniture was nice, and bathroom was really quite pretty, too. The only issue is that it was a Saturday night and there was some big party there, and on the 3rd floor, the music was still incredibly loud. If you're looking to sleep before midnight, I'd definitely request a room on the other side of the hotel, or on a high floor.

This hotel is great if you are not planning to spend that much time there. It was in a convenient location in respect to restaurants and theme parks. However, I was disappointed in the size of the room and the rooms could use new carpet. The cleaning and dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I didn't appreciate the bellboys and the office staff congregating in the front of the hotel and using inappropriate language in front of my 5yr old.
