I had booked 3 rooms and arrived before the check in time of 3pm. They were able to give us 1 room to get ready in and within 15 mins had another ready. You dont often get that level of help these days. I would recommend this hotel, they have a great carvery 7 days a weeks

The timber floors in the bedrooms are very noisy. With every foot step the floors were creaking! Something needs to be done about that, as I wouldn't dare getting out of bed at night, for fear I would wake the hotel!! 20 for fish and chips (inc 5 room charge) was a bit expensive, but the food was fine.

very friendly staff, great self service breakfast and great location. They also have good live music on certain nights, Hothouse Flowers played one of the nights we stayed there. Not one of the seventeen of us had any complaints. The twin rooms we received had a double and a single bed and were spacious and clean
