This is a very nice and clean hotel bit far from City but and awesome nice and clean rooms. The staff very friendly. The indoor pool great. The hotel has construction on sight. However the staff make the place the best in city compared to Town Down High End Hotels Thumps up Crowne Plaza.***** five star

Our hotel stay was a bit lacking for the cost. Housekeeping never came to our room until 3:00pm to clean. The valet service was very slow and often you were stuck in a line of cars waiting to exit the hotel. We got charged twice for a movie we rented once and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they said that they were unable to remove it from the bill. On a positive note, the pool and spa area were great, but overall it was not the best. Also, they were doing renovations to the floor in the lobby, and several people tripped on the loose or missing tiles.

The hotel was ok. It's a little far away from downtown. I hate the parking system, it's too expensive too. Ok for a stay if your company is paying for it, if not forget about it!

It’s an okay hotel if you don’t mind driving a bit to get into the city. The staff (not the valets though) was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean also, parking is a true nightmare and having to valet park and wait a half hour to get the car is outrageous.

Very well kept older hotel. Hotel had double beds, queens would have been nice. Forced into valet parking at $16 per day

Everything met my expectation of star 3 hotel. However most distracting thing was there was a construction going on right infront of the hotel, plus, if you are a traveler, it is quite difficult to get around like downtown or Finch.

The cab from this downtown hotel to the real downtown was nearly $40 which was entirely unacceptable. Had I been properly informed I would have gladly chosen alternate lodgings.

We will never stay at this hotel again. We have to pay valet parking.

Very clean, easy to get to. Staff was friendly, yet I don't think they prefer children. Check your AC before you accept the room and put your baby to sleep!

1.On arrival at 11:00 PM they made me to come to the lobby and get the internet cable. 2. They charged me the deposit for that cable in cash although they had my credit card info. 3. The next day they made me to go to the restaurant for getting silver ware! They told me if they bring to the room they will charge me! Despite me being a great tipper!. 4. The bell-boy was an old guy that he didn't even show interest in helping you and was walking like the hotel owner there. 5. The next day my room's AC blew up and fire came out of it, the repair man had no idea what he was doing and asked me if I had turned the heater instead! Even if I did, the fire should not come out of the AC. 6. They kindly changed my room but guess what, I had to go to the Cons. and get the key! 7. My computer that was connected was dead the next day and when I came back home the computer guy told me it is because of power surge and damaged your computer. 8. The hotel is under construction and doesn't have parking. But instead of having a complimentary valet, they charge 16.00$ a day means even more than downtown parking that is 12.00$ for the whole day.13. Awful manager and staff. Terrible experience.

The worst part of our stay at the hotel was the fact that the balcony door did not close and there was a very busy and noisy main road outside. We got zero sleep during our stay because our 1 year old baby couldn't sleep. We also were misinformed by the concierge about public transport. He gave us directions to a bus stop which could only be reached by walking up many steps. On our last day we found another bus stop which was just around the corner (no stairs!) and the buses also went into the center. As we had a pushchair we were really inconvenienced by this.

Was very disappointed when we arrived. Only had valet parking, there were 5 ladies of the night in front. The valet parking attendants seemed to overlook them. Had breakfast in the morning at the restaurant, buffet was empty, no beverages for the first 15 minutes and was 17.99 each. Buffet was only filled as we were about to leave. Upon leaving the hotel we were told would only need 10 minutes notice to get our car, and took 10 minutes to get through and an additional 40 minutes to get our car.

The hotel was clean and many amenities were available. While the decor was a little old, the staff acted as if it was a 5 star hotel. The parking situation was annoying. They are currently doing construction, so the view is of a large construction pit next door. It was the worst hotel, but it was not my favorite either.

They never had money in at the desk for conversions. There is a mandatory $16/day parking fee that is horrible for young travelers on a budget. Too many of the staff had no idea what was going on around them.
