A very quiet hotel with a friendly and polite staff. Excellent location as for city's center and places of sightseeing. Too small bathroom and breakfast room - sometimes it was needed to wait for the spare table. But at the same time the food was quite tasty.

Location to Rome Termini and Metro - excellent. The breakfast needs to improve - low point of the stay - Orange Juice tasted like watered-down Tang - YUK.

The hotel was definitely a good choice. The employées were really very kind and breakfast was very good. The rooms were quite small - frequently usual for this rate - but very clean. The closer tube station was just 'round the corner, and the main train station, Termini, was five minutes walking. I also have to tell this: When I left my room I forgot some money and my train tickets in the safe. When I came back to the hotel a few hours later to take my baggage, the employées told me they had found something in the safe while cleaning the room for the next guests, and they gave me back everything I had forgotten. This may seem normal, but, trust me, you will not find many people so aboveboard. Very honest employées! I would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel was as discribed and very good alround. Only issue was size of the room (basically a double with the extra bed to make it a triple) and the Euro 24 extra per night to have the car garage parked. Hopefully the road works outside are now finished and street parking is available. Recommended for anyone in town for a few nights and very easy to see the sightsas metro is less than 5 minutes away.

Hotel is typical Italian type hotel -- 3 hotels in the same building. Hotel currently undergoing some renovation -- however the floor we were located (4th) - still hadn't received it's facelift yet. Elevator extremely small (1-person and 1 large bag only). Hotel boasts soundproof windows however the noise from the hallway from fellow guests was annoying. While close to the main Termini station -- area questionable at night for tourists with families - many homeless in area (saw two elderly women cooking what looked to be pidgeon in a homemade grill on the streets outside hotel).

I satyed at this hotel because I had read good reviews by other travellers. I finally realised that all good comments were true! The hotel is near the Termini station and was easy to find via the map provided. The staff were friendly and they could speak english very well. The room was clean and it was all I needed at this price. I would stay there again.

We were most impressed with the quality of the Dolomiti, the staff, and the attention to detail that the housekeeping staff employed. Excellent. The location, while not in the center of the tourist areas, provides easy access to Termini and is right on the "Linea B" of the Metropolitana.

This is lovely hotel and my partner and I were pleasantly surprised that all the pictures online matched the reality. The staff are all very helpful. The hotel is only 10 minute walk away from termini and 2 minutes from the metro station Castro Pretorio. The area feels quite safe and I would definitely stay here again.

Three hotels occupy the building so the amount of public space within the hotel is small. The rooms are well maintained, the ample continental breakfast is included in the price, the front door is open 24 hours a day and and all the staff are pleasant. The lift is a bit slow. The hotel's location is superb being positioned between two metro stations - Castro Pretorio and Termini. The latter metro station is at the main railway station of Rome. I actually chose the hotel because of the price but found that it's location in Rome was so good that I couldn't have made a better choice. It was perfect for our short break holiday to the city.

We stayed there for the last-night-before-leaving-Rome and the place was very good! It is withint the walking distance to Termini station, plus a metro station is really close. The hotel is reception is at floor 1, our room was on floor 4. The elevator is not very impressive, but it works. The reception guy was very helpful and would even help us with printing out the boarding passes for the flight back home.

This was our first trip to Europe. We stayed in Paris and Switzerland before arriving in Rome. The hotel was clean and the staff were English speaking and very friendly. The hotel room was a typical European room (not hugely spacious) but acceptable. By looking at the map that was provided with our booking we attempted to walk to the hotel from the main train station. The hotel was easy to find and we managed well but it helped to have wheels on our suitcases. I would not attempt this if you have to carry heavy luggage or have lots of it or small children who need help. The breakfast that was included was better than some other hotels we stayed at (nice breakfast room also). It included mostly buns and pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and great capaccino! Again the staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others for the price and value.

We had a great stay at the Dolomiti. No complaint whatsoever. The small size of the breakfast room might be the only shortfall. Other than that, everything was great.

Dolomiti had class and quality (rooms with high ceilings, premium interior finishing), but it gets docked a few notches automatically because it charged extra for wireless Internet. There was nothing to indicate that WiFi would be an extra service, and there is no justification for trying ro reap an extra margin on something that is available free almost everywhere else (yes, even in southern Europe). Breakfast was disappointing, even by Italian standards. The bowls for corn flakes )the only item that was not essentially pure sugar or refined flour) measured about 100 ml (1/3 cup). Not that one would want to eat only a Contimnental breakfast at a hotel before a day of walking the seven hills, but some details could be better thought through. Otherwise Dolomiti could be a first-class place that would prompt no grumbles at all. Then again, my wife says that hotels have to throw in some oddball features, otherwise life on the road would feel too much like home.

Room was very clean. Staff was quite helpful. Wifi available (at a cost). Convenient location (fairly close to Termini, steps from the Metro). Breakfast was so-so (normal for Italy).

Hotel Dolomiti provided a wonderful, restful, stay for 2 adults, and 2 grown children in a quad room - which was very clean, and enough room for the 4 of us. The concierges were very welcoming, very helpful, and very kind. We stayed for 2 nights, and returned for another night at the end of our stay - and they were just as great. It is a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station. We highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again.

Reasonably close to Termini - lots of bars, pizzerie, restaurants aroung area. Feels like a safe area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not spacious but overall a reasonable value. Would stay there again. Very friendly reception area run by Francesca!
