The general opinion of the hotel is largely positive. However, the hotel wanted to charge me the costs of using an international calling card (Telecom Columbus) as a full international call. Depending of the policy of the hotel, they can charge a service, not the cost of the call, which is NOT charged at all to them by the local provider. After strong protests (more than 30 minutes), they agreed with me and I did not pay any costs.

My room was probably one of the worst in the hotel....it seems in Brussels they aword the stars by themselves...Nice hotel for a 3 stars...but I was expecting a 4 stars hotel!

Feels, looks and is old. Breakfast unacceptably poor. The feeling is that everyone in the hotel is awaiting the next renovation. Reasonably clean though and 60m only from the metro station.

Rather shabby public areas, especially the corridors outside rooms, but clean and pleasant in the room. Safe area close to Rogier underground, which is convenient for all destinations including Gare du Nord if you are thinking of a trip to Antwerp.

Apalling: The bedroon radiator (water heater) was not working! This with an outside temperature of about 2 degrees C at night! Had to sleep with my overcoat on. The water in the sink was hot, but the shower only delivered freezing water! All this for 80 Euros/night without breakfast...Miserable.

Services were a little bit disturbed by renovation activities, but the management and the staff tried to decrease it as much as possible.

When booked directly with hotel management the room was much, much better, although the price was slightly higher

Excellent hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Only downside was that the hotel bar isn't open at weekends and it wasn't open on the Monday night of my trip either.

A very nice hotel. Good price as well! Nice breakfast! It's very close to the North Station (where trains run 4 times an hour to the airport) which is vital if you're getting the plane early from Brussel Airport, as we did! It's also just a short walk from the city centre and attractions!!I would certainly stay here again if visiting Brussels!

There is a lot of building work going on in the area and at the rear of hotel. however did not spoil our enjoyment although i would like to have been able to make a cup of tea in the room.It didn't seem very busy but maybe business users werew at the 7pm breakfast. we would stay there again as it was well situated fro walking to the main square down rue Neuve and for Trains and metro.

This is a nice hotel and has a reasonably good location. The rooms are very comfortable and it feels like an effort has been made to make the rooms nice. This also applies to the public areas. However, I was a little disappointed with the services offered. The hotel charges a price that means it should offer more service than a family run pension (using the logic low price = low expectations) But actually if you expect more service you would be disappointed.

Conformità con quanto indicato nel sito. L'unico difetto è il bagno, molto piccolo e poco comodo. Tale difetto, però, è compensato dal prezzo molto conveniente

The hotel is closed to Metro & train station which is convenient. Room is clean & big enough for 2 persons with lugguage. Breakfast is good. However, toilet is separated with the bathroom (2 different areas) which is very funny.
