Hotel was in a great location to Earls Court Centre. We weren't expecting breakfast but was given a voucher on arrival for a continental breakfast! My only fault was the shower was boiling hot and I wasn't able to add any cold water or turn it off easily resulting in a slight scold on my hand. Luckily we also had a bath in the room!

The hotel was very clean. We had a lovely suite with nice bathroom. The room was bright and cheery. Although it was easy to get to from the underground-Gloucester Station, we passed several other hotels (Holiday Inns, Marriot, Best Western) on the way. The reception desk was very helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate-lunchmeat,cereal,toast. The ladies that served at breakfast were not friendly even though they only had to serve the tea and coffee. It was clean, convenient,in a safe area to walk, and allowed us to have 4 persons in a room all on comfortable beds. I think the price may have been a little high for the rating of the hotel but with 4 adults its hard to find one room.

Very friendly man on reception who helped me on places to eat, etc. Parking on side streets but (when I stayed) you can stay until 8:30am without having to worry. Shower not great. TV tiny and the kettle needed to be brought over to near the TV to plug in which could've been a H&S hazard! Apart from that, a nice hotel.

On arrival at the Derby we presented the receptionist our booking reservation reciept, only to be told there were no rooms available. After pointing out the 'Booking Reciept' is a guarantee of our rooms,we were informed that there were still no rooms. You can imagine how hard it is to find a parking space and then carry your luggage to the Hotel to be told there is' no room at the Inn'.They did find us an alternative Hotel in Paddington which was fine, even though we had the added journey to get to it,not what you need after a hard days business.1/10
