The hotel facilities include a welcoming lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a newspaper stand and lifts. In addition, guests are offered Internet access as well as room and laundry service and medical assistance.

The behavior of the reception was very bad. At least they think they were the queens of Holland with very rude remarks not knowing that i understand dutch!Very small rooms with not central heating.Ill never go back again.It was my nightmare

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Central Station which leads to the airport. The hotel is located next to Dam Square which is a good starting point for sightseeing. Around the corner is the shopping district. Plenty of dining options located nearby. The hotel is very modern, clean and has a polite staff. The room is a bit small compared to US standards but is fine when all you do is sleep there.

Mini-bar and staff does not make a four star hotel. You first need a four star building, rooms, and floor plan. Glass bathroom doors wakes spouse in middle of night. Upgrade to next class room was worth it until we noticed sewer gas coming from somewhere in bathroom.

Hotel was ok, we had upgraded to a superior room and was glad we did it since the regular rooms are VERY small. Other than that, good value for the money.
