The location is good. The room is clean. The floor is squeaky and you can hear people walking around in the corridor. No elevator. The receptionists are somewhat friendly.

Also für ältere Leute vielleicht weniger geeignet. Zimmer werden unauffällig jeden Tag sauber gereinigt. Nur französische Programme im TV wer dies nutzen möchte.

We travelled by train from Nice to Gare Part Deu Lyon which was not necessary. We could have gotten off at Gare De Perrache which was right across the street from the hotel and saved us 18 euro taxi fare. When we left for Paris it was only a 3 minute walk to the train station. The staff at the hotel were excellent very helpful, spoke very good English and were very willing to provide you with information. It we visited Lyon again we certainly would consider staying at this hotel again.

Carpet of room floor was very dirty, my wife never dare to walk on barefeet. The room was tiny. The people on the front desk were not very helpfull. The location was great and the room was quiet. I would stay there again only for the geat location, nothing else.

Very good value for your dollar. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and felt very comfortable there, not much of a view though. The staff were very helpful when asked. There is internet access but it's not free. The location is a bit of a walk from the Presquile, but the metro is within two minutes. Also a cab ride back to the hotel is about 6 euro.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. It is very close to train/bus/metro station which makes getting around Lyon very easy.

This is the first time we were in Lyon. The hotel wasn't that easy to find, but most of France is like that. The room was very clean and we hd a very good night's rest. The breakfast in the morning was one of the better ones we had while in France.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, right beside the main train station, but was quiet. The hotel staff however were incompetent to say the least, not one of them knew anything or could answer any questions regardless of asking them in English or French. They quoted one price to us for the breakfast and charged us something else and either way the breakfast was not worth it and the manager got quite incensed over the price discrepancy.

The location is perfect - so close to the station but still quiet! All the staff are very friendly and the room I used was big enough to stay on my own, snd clean. My whole experience there was absolutely fantastic! It would be nicer if I could have taken a package with breakfast... Breakfast on its own was a bit expencive to me so I didn't have it with them there.

Hotel was difficult to find and assumption of breakfast included was astray. 15-20 Euros later...we realised that it certainly was not.

This hotel had very friendly staff who helped us very much. It was the first time we had visited Lyon and the hotel was great for access to most of the tourist sites. Although Lyon has an excellent public transport system we were able to walk everywhere even with the kids directly from the hotel. The hotel was quiet (other than my kids!).

My family enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The owners and staff were most welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal position - lots of restaurants/cafes and shops within a short distance - it is in the city centre. The excellent metro system is just opposite. The hotel is only a short distance from the local hospital, which was the main reason for my visit to Lyon. I plan to return and would recommend the hotel highly. France is wonderful!

The thing I liked best about the hotel was the quiet location. Its just across from the train station and only a 10 minute walk from the historic area, but in the evenings it was very quiet and perfect for sleeping. The staff were helpful and the room perfectly adequate. I was happy with this hotel.
