| Very poor environment, moquettes in the room very dirty, bathroom was really not sufficient, no amenities, air con crazy, concierge sleeping watching TV, noisy rooms. Just the breakfast was sufficient. 4 stars for this hotel are REALLY too much, claudio |

| Clean hotel with good breakfast. Some attention to detail would make big difference. ie in our room the shower head did not work well- Not going to spoil stay but taints impression of facility. We were a group of lads staying so would be happy to return, however if I were taking my wife I would want something better. |

| It is a good hotel, but rooms are very small. I requested an angle room one month in advance but at the arrival they told me that other people arrived a week ago took the last angle room, I could't try to understand where have been the problem because the girl at the reception was very kind but she spoke not very well italian and we didn't understand very well. However if you are looking for a clean and modern place to stay a few days it's good. Not the same if you're looking for a long stay, because some room even haven't place for more than four or five dresses! What should we do to reserve a bigger room? (i saw there were some) |

| I guess you get what you pay for, so in terms of price v's Quality it was good value. The location is exactly as descibed on the web and is a good 25 minute walk from the centre of town. The hotel had some "strange" themes to each floor, on our floor the corridors were covered in sheets of paper - others had flowers, clay face masks etc... The bar is actually the reception which is common in hotels in this area. If you are prepared to accept a little noise sometimes, through thin walls then this is an ideal short term stay. |

| There was a hard internet connection in the room, but we lacked our own computer. Desk personnel let us use a spare computer in the back of the office and even to print a map of the area. This is symbolic of the very helpful, friendly service we received. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives, although one must read this in relationship to the quite reasonable price in low season. Hallway and stairway carpets were old and poorly maintained or in disrepair. The exterior was poorly maintained. Parking was private but narrow with space for no more than five cars without moving one to get another out. Fine for us in November, but probably a detriment in season. | Room was spacious and well designed apart from the cheap orange plastic shower curtain which always resulted in a puddle on the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable and reception staff very helpful with our onward journey in Italy. Quite a busy road outside, perhaps not suitable for families with young children. |

| It was a quick decision to go in October for two days to Rimini and San Marino. So I looked into the web and found the hotel. Price vs.quality are excellent and we will come again, but in spring to enjoy the sea also. Kind regards Heinz |

| Camera pulita e ordinata, ma piuttosto piccola e con arredamento minimale (evidentemente una "singola adattata"); non molto visibile l'ingresso da via Regina Elena: c'è l'insegna ma è un po'nascosta, e appare solo una rampa in salita. Molto carina la terrazza per le colazioni e buona la qualità del vitto. Restano alcune "perplessità" sul numero delle stelle (4): forse troppe rispetto a quanto offrono alberghi a due soli passi dal "Daysinn" |

| New establishment still requiring some fine-tuning. Very clean, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the centre of Rimini! The Hotel restaurant IS NOT located 50m away from the premises as stated in the relevant page but on the 1st floor! Please correct! Otherwise, Value for money! |

| The room was very clean but quite small and noisy. The fact that it was right next to the breakfast area didn't help. The breakfast though was nice and tasty. Would definitely recommend it to others - especially beach goer's since the hotel is just a block away from the beach. Good value for the money! |

| Siamo rimasti veramnete male in quanto nel posto di una camera doppia cia hanno affitatto una camera singola. E quando qi siamo resi conto il diretore ci ha chiesto scusa per la mancanza della professionalità del servizio.Pensateci voi come ti puoi sentire in quella situazione!!!!! |
