| This hotel was good for the money you pay. within walking distance to Wet N wild and just minutes away from Universal & Seaworld. Will use this hotel again when we visit this area. |

| The front desk staff could have been a little nicer, first we called them because the safe was not working in the room it took them 30 mins to send help to the room, then both ice machines were not working and they gave my husband trouble about getting ice for him from the deli they have there. Second the free breakfast they told us about was not free at all you had to buy it from the deli...it was a good deal if your not going to be at the hotel execpt to sleep...the pool is small and old. the room is dark and the travel website channels they say they have...not true half of them does not have sound. the house keeper did do everything we asked of her and was there every day. the room was as clean as it could be for an older motel. the people next to us had to be moved because their ac unit flooded out the room...our ac was cold and didnt flood the room but was a very noise thing. parking is where you can find it they tell you park in front of your room but every night we came back somebody else was in our parking spot and they could not find the driver so we just gave up and parked whereever. we would not stay here again. i guess you get what you pay for. |

| My stay at this Days Inn was no fun. I called ahead of time to inform that I will be needing a crib since there will be a baby traveling with me and the asured me that they have plenty of cribs, just ask at check in. So I did and they said ok ma'am go ahead and check into your room we'll bring it to you. Well, I didn't go straight to the room my kids were hungry so we went out to eat first. About two hours later we headed back to the room. When we were finally able to open the door the smell from the room turned my stomach. The crib was not in my room yet and when I went to use the rest room the toilet was leaking from the bottom and the bathroom floor was flooded and the carpet was wet. When I went back to complain they were not to friendly about me requesting for another room. The 2nd room was not much better. There were no towels, roaches were running around and still had a funny smell. Oh yah! They were out of cribs. So I had to sleep in a small bed with me and a baby and a 10 year old daughter. The pool was dirty and the parking lot had bums hanging out in it asking for money. Needless to say our stay not enjoyable. I am sure i will never stay in this hotel again. |

| From check in we had problems,reserved online for 3 rooms.1 room was for 1 night, other 2 were for 3 nights but wanted to pay cash when we got there for the rooms. So a friend put a hold on creditcard so we wouldn't have to pay deposit and still pay cash when we checked out. We go up stairs to are room using the old run down slow elevator that you have to hold your breath because the smell is OUTRAGOUS. room was okay airconditioner worked sometimes,had a frig & microwave in our room that you had to unplug frig to plug in mircowave to work! Then when we went to check out the charged my friends creditcard without letting us pay cash. when we got home they also charged my card and my friends. It was a complete mess!!!! On a positve note the pool looked nice and the sitting area. Hotel in nice location...But will not stay again. |

| Hotel was okay for the price that your paying.. But the boy in the front desk name Dimo i believe was the worst front desk i dont really know why the manager hire this boy he was very very rude, i was just asking a question but he was giving me an attitude already.. very terrible i ask for the manager and said i could wait for the morning because he said i dont have nothing good to say anyway... it was very unreasonable of him to just snap like that... they shouldnt hire a person like these anywhere... |
