Went on business and stayed extra days. Excellent location for walking to Convention Center. Maid arrived everyday before noon with clean linens, cleaned the bathroom and ran the vaccuum. Pool was clean but never had towels stocked - umbrellas and chairs showing wear. IHOP, McDonalds, Red Lobster and convenient store within walking distance. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Stayed on 4th floor - no problem with elevator - never heard a noise out of guests on either side of me. Not a 5 star hotel - but you know that from the price. I spend minimal time in the room so as long as it's clean and I can sleep well - I'm happy. This hotel was no different than any other Days Inn that I've stayed in before and will stay in again!

The hotel was okay, but I did not like being asked about going to view a timeshare place after I check in. I'm not sure if she was a hotel employee or employed by someone else. She was nice but I thought it was not appropriate to have this in the front lobby. Thank you

The hotel has a great location to many amusement parks. But it needs better cleaning staff and front desk staff as well.

Not a great experience. Front desk area getting worked on and it really needed it ! Room was standard but had a musty aroma...bathroom was recently remodeled and very clean. Very close to convention center and a convenience store and McD's.

On the plus side, this hotel is very conveniently located for all kinds of travelers. It is just off the interstate, a short walk from the orange county convention center and on international drive with easy access to trolleys, buses and shuttles to the area attractions. The down side to the hotel is that the rooms are dated, the vending machines didn't work, and I hop downstairs was terrible.

Ok. I decided to plan a vacation with a few close friends for senior trip to go to Walt Disney World for the week. However, we weren't willing to spend 500+ per person including airfair and hotel for a disney hotel--too expensive for students leaving for college. Therefore, we decided on the Days Inn. First off, the hotel looked so much better on the website and reading about it than it actually way. Now, they claimed that their transportation service to the parks was decent yet, in my opinion it was horrible! We would have to wait a good 4-5 hours for the next bus to arrive (if we were lucky.) Therefore, disney world transportation is one of the many perks of spending the extra hundred or so on a WDW Hotel. Another problem was their breakfast buffet--it sucked. The buffet had no selection specially for vegitarians and their butter was expired --can you say GROSS! . Another problem was the issue of the bathroom. My boyfriend, suffers f rom IBM (Irital Boul Syndrom) which means when he gets nervous he has to go right there and then. Therefore, the usage of bathroom was not only expected but imperitive. The bathroom was disgusting--it was never cleaned. The whole week we were there, it was disguation--give the fact that we used it but I mean common we're there almost a week--clean the darn tolit its your job not mine. On another note, let the receptionist know that they need to not fall asleep on the job specially when we call for questions concerning the non exsistant transportation methods. The cleaning woman was sleepijng on our bed whne we came home from the parks --how rude! Overall, horrible hotel--pay the xtra hunder or so for a WDW Hotel, its worth it totally!

Because of the hotel, this trip to Orlando is close to the worst I have ever had. When we complained to the front desk about the room condition they were not helpful at all, being as it was at checkout. We checked in late and were tired. Kids were sleeping. We did not want to deal with changing rooms until we found one that was clean at that time of night. I would never tell anyone to stay at this hotel. In fact, I would tell them to stay away.

The room had a really bad smell to it. I had a flooded tub and called the front desk and the reception told me "what do you want me to do about it"....How about come unclog the tub. Not to mention that my original room had no electricity. I will give it to the night attendant, he handled this matter with great customer service and urgency, but it all went down hill from there.

The days inn is conveniently located, but is a run down hotel that seemed to be filled with loud families - not conducive to traveling for business and getting a good night's sleep. Very thin walls and loud plumbing. The room was run down - light switches were inoperable and safe could not be opened by maintenance. Also, the room smelled mildew, the drawers stank, and the ac was on the loud side. The ice machine was often empty and the soda machine "stole" my dollar when I tried to get a bottle of water. I did not use the pool or the restaurant, so I cannot comment on those facilities. However, I will not go back again.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly. We were given prompt and efficient service every time that we needed them. It was just not as clean as I hoped it would be. Some of the furniture was broken and hanging off, lamps not working, and there were dust balls in the corner. Not to mention the dead roach in the corner. Overall, I would have just liked it to be much cleaner.

It is close to the Orlando convention center which is was I was going. It was moderately comfortable. The wall lights did not work. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the bather door. This was inconvenient.

I would never stay here again. Poor quality. Pool heater not working. Room safe not works. Odor in room carpeting crunchy. Noisy at night. Strange people walking around. Time to look around.
