old location, badly needs updating, no facilities -workout room, pool or such. Cost too high for an old hotel, other brand new locations with more facilities(pool etc) are available in the area for the same money. We stayed there because there were no rooms available anywhere. We won't stay at this Comfort Inn again. Room was not vacuumed well, there was animal hair in the carpet, there was garbage under the stairs in the main buliding. (beer bottle).

The staff was cheerful. The hotel was okay. The price more or less in line with Canada prices, but a terrible value. Pets were allowed in the hotel and the dogs seemed to bark continually the first day, we moved down from the first room because the internet could not be picked up from there. I would not stay there again, but in all honesty we extended our initial two day stay to five at the hotel because as poor a value as it was, it was still better than any other we could find. If you must be Edmonton it is an okay place, but just okay.

The staff was very good. They called within minutes of our arrival in the room to make sure everything was okay. We asked for bedding for the sofabed, and they were there promptly. The room was clean and had all we needed, eg: coffeemaker, blowdryer, shampoo, etc. Very, very good location.

Stayed here during the April snowstorm in Edmonton, so much of our time was spent right in the hotel. The room was comfortable, and, for the most part, clean. Room service was quick and the food at the restaurant on the premises was excellent. It's also in proximity to several fast food dining options, which makes a late-night run for a snack quick and easy. It's close to the mall, but perhaps the only drawback - and it's a minor one - is it's location on a one-way street, making your trip to West Ed and little more circuitous. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient - all in all an enjoyable stay, and a place that i would most certainly stay again.

The hotel was ok, but not great. We were on the second floor, yet there were no elevators. This made bringing up the luggage difficult, although we managed. There was construction on the street the hotel faced (100th Avenue) and they were tarring the McDonald's parking lot next door. The maid staff respected our privacy and left us notes when the do not disturb sign was up. However, the second day they left the note before 10 am, which I thought was rather early to expect us to have mad a decision to leave the room for the day and let the maid service in. On the second night of our stay, we ate at the Albert's restaurant connected to the hotel. The food came very fast, however, my burger was underdone and there was a bug on the inside of my son's glass. The restaurant was also only open till 7pm. On the positive side, the first person we dealt with was friendly and accommodating, and seemed to have a good knowledge of the area. The hotel was also very close to a grocery store, gas station, liquor store and many nice, family restaurants. I think this is a good hotel for anyone who is passing through or ex.

Location is suitable for business or shopping in west Edmonton. Motel is clean and recently renovated. No restaurant on-site but one nearby. Free parking convenience. I would recommend this hotel for brief visits to west Edmonton where hotels are expensive.

The hotel was very clean; the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel told us that we couldn't have a room with two queens. After a bit of time, they consented to providing us with a room with two beds. They gave us a room with a very loud air conditioning unit, that was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. I also worried that the noise would disturb other patrons of the hotel. I suspect that they were aware of problems with this unit, and that is why they gave it to us. They made me feel like I was a pauper or welfare recipient.

I was happy with the room comfort and cleanliness as well as the location for the purpose of my stay. I was not happy with the noise from the A/C in my room as well as a room close by. I had a long journey the next day and the lack of sleep made it harder. The hotel should support the new Rick's Grill right beside it because we had a SUPERB dinner there. Better than the Reb Lobster the night before!

Good proximity to the West Edmonton Mall is probably the best thing about this hotel; the staff were polite but the building itself was not the cleanest I've seen and it could stand with some updating.
