The location is excellent, nice and spacious, they left us the apartament for 6 person we were only 5 and pay only for 5. Really for visiting London is perfect, i would like to repeat.

I stayed in a studio apartment, in which the sofa turned into a bed. But is wasnt a good quality sofa bed and was so squeaky that I hardly had any sleep throughout the night. Not great value for money, as I stay in London most weeks and often find better places to stay for cheaper.

Just the place if you want central location, reasonable price and the independence of an apartment instead of just a hotel room. The bed is a little more basic than some - fold away, may be 2 singles, but comfortable - but there is an adequately equipped kitchen as well.

Top location, right in the hub of London yet the room was quiet. Fantastic room and the reception staff were superb. Great place to stay, value for money (even if it seems a little pricey it was worth every Australian dollar we spent on it) We'd love to stay again if we get back over.

The name is given as Citadines Trafelga Square. It took me a while to find it as its actuall down Northumberland Ave. Not far but misleading.

Exellent location for leisure traveller. Easy to have a rest also between sightseeing. Spacious apartment event for us - 4 adults and one child. Nice kitchen for preparing breakfast etc. snacks. The problems with bathroom was repaired in 15 minutes. We would recommend this hotel and would gladly choose it again.

I was generally satisfied particularly with the location. A few things rankled though. The shower was woeful even after being "repaired". There was just no pressure or flow even though both were great in the bath. And you couldn't adjust the temperature - it was hot or cold and nothing in between. Forget the breakfast! A waste of money in terms of range and quality. You can get much better anywhere outside the hotel far cheaper. Apart from these gripes it was good though.

The toilet and toilet roll holder were squashed in a corner and not very comfortable. Some washing up liquid near the kitchen sink would have been useful. The beds were clean and comfortable and everything we needed was in the apartment. Overall we were very pleased and as we visited the art galleries nearby it suited us very well indeed as we were on a budget. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

The Stay at the Citadine Trafalgar Square was extremely enjoyable. We have three children under 12years and the facilities were adequate for them to relax and feel at home, whereas hotels can be intimidating and we as a family would not use facilities such as bar and entertainment or restaurant. Would definitely recommend the location for tourists and families as all tourist attractions were within short walking distance and the apartments are right beside the tube station. Very enjoyable stay, staff were extremely kind and helpful, Hope to return again in springtime

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel management will not allow staff to call a London Cab for guests. They will call only a mini-cab company with whom they have an arrangement. These cabs are always more expensive than London Cabs. I suspect the practice is illegal. As a guest, I should not have to walk to Charing Cross Station to hail a London Cab.

The room I stayed in needed refurbishing. The bed was torn and worn. The carpet was stained. The lighting was dim in the bed room/sitting room, too dim to read by comfortably. I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past five years, and I haven't seen improvements in the rooms. They are tired and dingy looking. The bathrooms and kitchen areas, however, are decently sized and kept quite clean.

We were staying because we were attending a conference and dinner at the Commonwealth Club, and on that basis only might stay again. The standard of the room and facilities was no more than satisfactory for a budget hotel - but this was not a budget price. When we arrived, the head for the shower in our bathroom was missing, and the kitchen are smelt fusty and unpleasant. Staff were pleasant enough but did not go out of their way to be helpful.

This was a great place to spend a week in London on a business trip. The location is superb, the facilities and service excellent. For example, I had a problem with the (free) high-speed internet, and a technician came along and fixed it within 15 mnutes. I unhesitatingly recommend this hotel.

Our family of two adults and two children recently stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for a week. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of many key attractions, very conveniently located to the tube and to the Thames River ferry services. The apartment was clean, reasonably quiet and spacious, and the concierge staff were polite and helpful. The furnishings were rather dated and a little worse for wear, but beyond that our stay was most enjoyable.

This had to be one of the worst stays in a hotel ever!! The women at reception was sooo rude and lacked basic customer services skills. The room smelt and didn't even contain a bed. They had a sofa which converts into a very uncomfortable bed. They do not clean your rooms or provide you with clean or dry towels. I would have rather slept on the street!!
