Family Room 2+2 - Rates are for 1-4 people, maximum occupancy is 4. Queen bed, 2 single beds, rooms separated by bathroom and short hallway. Sky TV in Guest Lounge.
Queen Room with Bath - Rates are for 1-2 people, maximum occupancy is 2. Queen bed, lovely room. Ensuite, TV, Tea and Coffee in room. Sky TV in Guest Lounge.
Water View Queen Room - Rates are for 1-2 people, maximum occupancy is 3. Queen bed, single bed. All prices include cooked breakfast. Each extra person will be charged NZD$35 per night on top of the twin/double rate stated above.
Double or Twin Room Waterview - Rates are for 1-2 people, maximum occupancy is 3. $40 extra for 3rd person. Double bed and single bed. Guest Lounge with Sky TV & Computer for guest use. All prices include cooked breakfast.
Waterview Double Room - Rates are for 1-2 people, maximum occupancy is 2. Queen bed. Guest Lounge with Sky TV & Computer for guest use. All prices include cooked breakfast. This room has a lovely new bathroom.
Queen Double or Triple Room - Rates are for 1-2 people, maximum occupancy is 3. Queen bed, and single bed. All prices include cooked breakfast. Each extra person will be charged NZD$35 per night on top of the twin/double rate stated above.
Superior Single Waterview Room - Rates are for 1 person, maximum occupancy is 2. Double bed. Extra $40 for 2nd person.
Cosy Single Room - Rates are for 1 person, maximum occupancy is 1. Single bed for the budget conscious traveller. Phone, internet, TV, heating, tea/coffee, lower ground floor.
