As we were only in Madrid as a stopover this hotel was good for us as it was near to the airport. We did not arrive until 11pm and were still able to have a snack and a drink. The service was very attentive

Stayed in Madrid two nights only one at this hotel. Mostly Business, but had many others. It was very well done.

This hotel is good if you need to stay near the airport for a long layover or quick business meeting. If you're going to visit madrid and the sights it is not good for that purpose. It is not close to any mass transit. You have to rely only on the shuttle service which is unreliable or taxi which is very expensive. Shuttle service runs only once an hour on the hour, and if it's full you are out of luck until the next shuttle an hour later. Customer service was terrible and I speak Spanish, so it wasn't a language barrier issue. This hotel is not close to anything, not even other restaurants, so if you plan on eating at the on site restaurant be prepared to pay through the nose, the food was great and so was service, but they're the only food around so they can charge whatever.

Good Hotel, close to the exhibition center and airport, with excellent facilities, good service and very clean, on the downside, parking is very poor, and find it expensive to pay 21 euros per day to use the public carpark, also room decoration getting a bit tired, and some of the rooms could need a facelift, Breakfast not fantastic and very basic,

Excellent well priced evening buffet that was not obviously well advertised within the hotel until it actually opened quite late in the evening.

This is a HUGE hotel. The service was great, and the rooms were very nice and clean. The complementary breakfast was awesome. I would definatly stay again!!

In the middle of nowhere the only place you can get to is the conference center it self. Despite what the site says, no restaurants you can access and hotel food is HIGHLY overpriced. Shuttle runs once an hour and cabs refuse to take you there bc its not far enough away to make a high fare. The hotel was packed for a 4 day conference when we were there and they still only sent the shuttle once an hour. When it got there, we had to wait over and over b/c it was always full. Very loud. Not double pained glass in the rooms. All you can hear is the highway.

I was surprised that the hotel was so far from Madrid as the purpose in going ther was to sightsee in Madrid. Once I found out about the free shuttle bus, though, it was OK. Next time I think I might try the Hard Rock Hotel. Also, for being such a huge hotel I thought it strange that they only had one restaurant and no shop."

This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. I came here for a conference, so I had no choice about the venue. I felt literally stranded there. I had a terrible cold and was told that the nearest pharmacy was a 20 minute bus ride to Madrid. There are some restaurants hidden behind the hotel, but it took me a couple of days to find them. Meanwhile I had to content myself with the very expensive but mediocre hotel food. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
