Fantatic hotel. Staff very helpful. We were upgraded to a suite that overlooked tower bridge - amazing! Perfect ending to our wedding! You can take away your rubber duck as a memento!

Dropped luggage off 3 hours before check in- no hassle at all. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was a little pricey but plenty of choice around the hotel. Great location, easy to find- ideally situated for transport links in and around the city.

Booked this hotel to spend a weekend with my Sister who had come down from Glasgow. A 2 min walk from Tower Hill Tube Station. Arrived there about 7pm on Friday 12th Sept. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a Deluxe Room. Check in was very quick. When we got to our room it had the total WOW factor. Massive Super King Sized bed, sofa area with a huge plasma TV all hooked up to a fantastic BOSE Sound System. We were able to plug in our Ipod or play cds. Bathroom was a really good size with separate bath which was really deep and separate large walk in power shower, easily big enough for 2!! Great toiletries too all about 125ml size. Nice bathrobes and slippers . We will definately be stayin at this hotel again. The area is lovely though pretty dead on a Sat eve, All Bar One literally a min from hotel was open on Fri eve. Drinks were very expensive at the hotel we bought one round a large white wine and a vodka lime and lemonade and it was nearly £14!!! Apart from that we will defainately be staying there again when sis in town. Thanks for a lovely time Apex.

Upon check-in my wife and I were immediately upgraded to a superior room. It was quite large. The hotel was very clean and modern. lt's in the City of London and the area is very quiet after 6pm and on the weekend. If you want to stay in central London this is not the hotel for you, but if you don't mind taking the Tube it's only a minor inconvenience. Some minor quibbles with the service. The water in the shower could have been a bit hotter, and we didn't receive a wake-up a call that we had requested. Overall it was a positive experience.

The hotel was very modern and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ordered room service one morning, and although it was a little pricey it was very nice. The only problem we found was that the location was too quiet. On the saturday night all the shops were closed by five and there weren't many restaurants around either. We would definately recommend this hotel to others.

I had the best time in Apex city London. It's close to the tube station and Brick Lane night life. The service was top class, recepcionists were more than helpful and the room was spotless.

As this is generally a business hotel, it is good quality and reasonable value when taking up the weekend deals. Good location for the Tower of London and close to Tower Hill tube makes it a good base and everything about it says quality, for the service, to the food to the excellent bathroom products.

Spent a weekend here and would thoroughly recommend it. It is situated in the City in the financial district and is very quiet at the weekend. The Tower hill tube station is close by and there is also a regular bus into the West end. Great value for money.

Excellant room, very clean - only disappointment was that I didnt get to try on the slippers. Good stuff. Very close to the tube station. loving the Bose sound system as well. Not a bad word to say about the place.

The hotel was hidden away and difficult to find especially with Londons one way streets...but once found the hotel reception were very helpful and gave us a map to the car park facilities. The room was very clean, however the soap was hidden away and there was no body shower. Also the toilet was difficult to flush! Overall with certain minor changes this was a nice hotel for Londons notoriously high prices! And i would stay again...

Had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it. All staff very friendly. Only negative comments would be the service charges they add on to the bill for every time you go up to the bar to purchase drinks! Had expected toast, tea or juice to be included in the price of £17.95 for breakfast. Most expensive breakfast I've ever had. Make sure your breakfast is included in the room tariff! All in all pleasant stay.

The hotel was so close to the Tower of london- a great location. It was a quiet area even on a saturday nigh which was good for our romantic break! Room was a good size and very clean. Nice extras e.g toiletres, DVD player, robe etc. I would stay there again and recommend it.

The hotel is very good. The room was warm and clean. Facilities were also very good. Very convenient to the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge and the Tower Hill Undeground station. A few very very minor remarks are: 1) one answer from a guy at the reception left us a bit surprised 2) the button for flushing the toilet was very tough to push 3) you can't open the windows but by asking to the reception (someone needs to come with the key).
