This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. It is priced like its a 4 star but I wouldn't give it more than 1. The room smelled, was very basic, and had grubby blankets. The toilet was old. The TV remote required a 10 euro deposit (even though they had the card details). I don't know about the other floors, but the family/large rooms are definitely not worth it. AVOID!!

Hotel is centrally located. Bedsheets were clean but bathroom is too small and in need of refurbishing badly. Breakfast is basic and if you don't go early you'll be left with very little.

Booked this hotel for 1 night only as I had read mixed reviews on other sites. It is convenient for the train station , but everything else is negative. The room was clean but there were stains on the bedding and the the toilet was in the shower cubicle!Breakfast was okay but nothing special and the staff on reception arn't very helpfulOnly use this hotel if nothing else is available, as it is more like a 1 star than a 3.We moved to the Hotel Rex down the road and the difference was amazing for 20 euros a night more

The hotel is under renovation. It is extremely basic. Our first room had a toilet inside the shower, two single beds pushed together and made as double and furniture that was broken. The second room's bathroom had cheap fittings which were broken and therefore could not be used. The hotel advertised tea and coffee making facilities, internet access and a bar. It had none of these. It was a disappointing stay.

Unfortunately for the price this hotel was not good value at all. Their website did not give an accurate account of the hotel facilities. There was no mini bar in our room, nor did the room look like the photo's on the website. Also there was no hotel bar. That said location wise it was ideal - close to the main station and easy to get to all the major sites. The staff were very friendly - but I think this hotel should be classed as a two star and not a three star.

We were in a room on the 5th floor which had been partitioned off from a family's apartment. There was a balcony overlooking the street, which had also been partitioned. The room was very good, all in all. The only problems came from the partitioning. Where a doorway had been sealed, the partitions were thin, and on our first night we discovered that the head of the bed was against such a partition, and that there was a TV on the other side. We mentioned this the next morning, and the problem did not recur. I would be happy to stay in that room again. I can't speak for the other rooms in the hotel.
