The staff are very helpful, especially the female staff - from the ladies doing the rooms to the lady who signed us in on reception. The breakfast was great. Rooms very comfortable and clean.

Very clean and friendly staff. Don't expect anything spectacular - the location is good (close to transport) but the room is awfully small in a corporate building. Doesn't feel like a hotel.

Pension Allez Lenz is very convieniently located near bus, tram and underground train stations. The travelling time to the city is only 5 minutes. The hotel is staffed by the owners who are very friendly and helpful for tourists to Vienna. Breakfast was of good quality. We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

My friend and I spent 12 nights at Alla Lenz and were very pleased with everything about it. I have travelled in other areas of Europe and this pension was nicer than other places I have stayed. It is close to bus stops and the #6 U-bahn , walking distance to some cafes and stores. It is close enough to the city center so that we could easily get there in about 15 minutes. The staff at Alla Lenz was very friendly and so helpful and informative. They arranged a taxi for us whenever we asked; They took time to get acquainted with us and they answered all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious and served with style. It is a safe location, plus they lock the outside doors at night. Our room key unlocked the outside door, so that was not a problem. We would return there and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, fairly close to the Metro station. The staff was welcoming and a very gracious hostess precided over the breakfast. She helped us plan our outing for the day. The AC was switched off at night, but the fact was mentioned in the hotel details, so one can't really complain. Nevertheless, we found the nights hot and could do nothing about it. The hotel was rated as 4 star, which it definitely is not, but it was not bad for the price.

The hotel's best asset is is female receptionist who welcomed us warmly on our arrival in Vienna. She was most helpful throughout our stay and gave us lots of advice on practical things that we needed to know. The bedroom was too small for two people but it was clean and well kept. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Nice Cleanliness, spaciousness of rooms, and excellent competence and kindness of employees. Location of hotel is not bad but little bit difficult to find the hotel for first-visiting foreigners. Distance from heart of hot-spot is reasonable but closed surroundings is not excellent. Generally saying, The Alla Lenz is nice hotel, and I enjoyed stay there.

Friendly, helpfull staff. Dated facilities, but are clean and well maintained. First stay in Wien, so comparison of price v's quality is based on similar capital cities. In a quiet location, within 20 minutes walking distance to centre. Note that parking is limited, and costs 15 euro per day.

I arrived at Alla Lenz which promised a 4* rating. I think this goes a long way to reaching 4 stars. The place was clean but the rooms small. The breakfast room did not cope with the people in the hotel, and customers were kept waiting to be seated. I was not impressed that cash was insisted upon on checkout.
