Received a free suite upgrade, however no rooms were available until after 2pm. Rooms are airy and comfortable, great amenities. Unfortunately, one of the tv's and one of the hairdryers were not working. The staff , however, is effeicient, friendly, and helpful.

The rooms are nice and the beds extremely comfortable. My boyfriend loved the flat screen in the bathroom. If we didn't have Yankee games and shopping to do, I'd lay in their beds all day! I think the rates are a little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. We'd definately stay there again.

An exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. My room was upgraded when I mentioned that my daughter was joining me in my room. I noticed people travelling with children were well received and the children were treated as well as the adults.

We go to NYC alot due to living close by in Connecticut. We were going with friends and wanted a suite so we could all stay together. We were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite when we arrived. What a wonderful view of the Chrysler building, we had our own veranda, beds were comfy, the layout of the suite was great, quiet and very clean. Diner across the street was great and inexpensive and we would go to the corner market and buy snacks & drinks and put them in our fridge back in the suite. Would love to go again if they would give me the penthouse again!!! Great location too!
