The location is good and no complaint. However, the room was terrible. The furniture and bathroom door was broken, and the shower curtain did not exist and using the door to stop the water going to the bed room. The wall paper was peeled off and No dryer and no tea making pot exist, Furthermore, an old left over dirty soft drink from previous guest was in the half broken fridge. I am also worried the cleanness of the room so that I have to take care. The breakfast room was again terrible and I did not eat anything after I saw the room. Very poor and not worthwhile to stay. I would not stay here again.

The convenient central location and the abundant breakfast were very positive factors, in constrast to the general well-worn condition of the building (old wallpaper, stained carpeting). Overall - ok, but I wouldn't use it again.

No hot water for three days!!! The hotel did not even try to resolve the problem after repeated requests. The hotel was under reconstruction at the time of our stay and construction dust was covering the tea cups and pretty much everything else in the breakfast area every morning! (There was no mention of reconstruction when we made the reservation, by the way.) Oh yes, and a simple guest room was used as the "breakfast area", which was so small that we usually could not get in... and instead of the promised English breakfast, all we got was some toast with butter, and some jam on good days...

Le prix était bas mais nous n'en avons pas eu plus que pour notre argent (chambre très petite, petit déjeuner minimum). Hotel en cours de travaux. Les parties rénovées sont OK. L'hotel sera bien quand les travaux seront terminés.

Me & my husband, both don't have complaint about this hotel. We might stay again for a next time. It is not 5star hotel, not so bad compare with the price and environment. There is no elevator, it made us exhauausted. Fortunately our luggage was not so big. The room was quite confined. The hotel was full when we stayed, whereas we'd never heard any others noises, we could sleep well. Breakfast is served indivisually, then if you have to go out soon after breakfast, you should arrive their breakfastroom earlier. Supermarkets which are open till 10~11pm, are not so far. It seems quite a lot of visitors who stayed in this area bought some stuff for dinner in the shops. Some of restaurants are also open till late night. We could find a restaurant after coming back from mucical.

the description on site does not match up. Staff were pleasant room was clean but there were holes in the sheets and the bathroom smelt. The decoration was very poor paint over the carpet partially decorated, holes in the walls. Breakfast area the patio tables were dirty it was cramped there was damp on the walls the table wasn't set the kitchen area looked dirty, carpets dirty, very low standard of hygiene.

stayed in london with a friend and her 2 kids, welcoming at arrival was cold and arrogant ! the receptionniste clamed my creditcard immédiately for paying the whole stay of 3 nights wich I refused ! from that moment he was distant and hardly spoke to us. the staff was pourly dressed (very kind in breakfast room!!!) the hotel was looking as if it was war.....old, no maintenance, dirty ..... very disappointing ! but our stay was excellent since we took care for that so next time I just chose another hotel !

Very well placed hotel. The reception is disappointing , the cleaness of the room and also of the bathrooms is quite poor. The breakfast room is very little we couldn't have a breakfast during the first day. However it was a good stay and I advice this hotel for those who havn't much money and who are won't stay a long time in the hotel.

Very poor rooms with electric cables falling on our heads when getting in, no light bulb in several lamps, auxilliary heater, no soap. Broken shower... However, clean linen.

Hotel owner were very unkind with us. We were 2 couples, we booked for 2 double-rooms but for an overbooking caused by the owners disorganization, we were in a room for 4, privacy for 1, it was a hole of 2x2, dirty and impossible to stay. We'll never come back again, we were very angry about it.

Because of big restoration of the Hotel, our rooms and most of the Hotel were very dirty. Some of the electrical plugs didn't work, no heat in the room so we had to contact the reception, very small room, very dirty in the dinning hall, not very friendly service in the dinning hall, which also was very small. However good service in the reception, but not a place where we would like to stay again.

while we were staying, the hotel was in the middle of renovations, we had a brand new room which was very nice and being new clean, but we thought that the floor we were put on should not have been in use while doing renovations for safety reasons. the dining room wasn't really big enough for the hotel, and it would have been helpfull to have a lift with suitcases to the room, the staff were helpfull when asked any thing,it is well situated for the tube station for getting around London

According to the price a very very nice hotel. The place is very central and the staff OK. If you - like us - (6 persons on a football trip to London one weekend) want to slepp at the hotel only, the hotel is perfect. Good beds, hot water and excelent breakfest.

We stayed in London for three days and we were happy about the location of Airways Hotel. However, we were very disappointed about the cleanliness of the rooms, or I should say, the absence of cleanliness. The worst part was the bathroom and especially the shower which clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival (mud and hair everywhere, it was absolutely disgusting).

Hi, I stayed at Airways for 4 nights, but got a room in the basement which was terrible, my daughter was bitten by some bedbugs - and was itching all over - we complained and got another room on third floor which had just been renovated, so if you book this hotel - please state that you will not stay in the basement.
