| I arrived late at night..about midnight...it did take me a while to raise the concierge to allow me in. I was desperate after a long day travelling for a can of beer and the place didnt have any!!!! In the morning..I was on the ground floor...the staff changed shifts and it was VERY NOISY with them all in the corridor outside, chattering. |

| We had a great time there and particularly enjoyed the helpful staff. However, they had no record of our reseration, even though I had complete documentation. I worried about what would have happened if you had been full, and also valuable time was lost as we had to move to another place that had space for us. |
