| Excelent option for families or groups. Good location, very near to public transportation and walking distance to most atractions in downtown. Clean place that also has all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. address in website is just an office. Apartments are very near. |

| The apartment (20 Bonavista) was very very clean and contained absolutely everything we needed for our 7 night stay (couple in 50s with 2 adult children). Much better than staying in an hotel. Michael, the greeter was full of very useful information - great places to eat nearby and supermarket opening times. There was a small double room and two singles, lounge, two bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. It was fairly smartly furnished (Ikea) and very central - Diagonal metro nearby. Only problem was noise insulation - residents in other apartments got up at around 06.30! I would certainly use City centre Apartmnents again, but would ask for a quieter residence. |

| Booked an apartment for 3 nights, the owner phoned us 2 days before departure to say we'd have to change apartments after one night, then phoned the next day to say we'd have to go in a hotel the last 2 days. He then added insult to injury by asking why we wanted to stay in an apartment, a hotel was better! No offer was made to compensate us for the journey from apartment to hotel or the cost of meals out. |

| everythink was nice the location, the apartment except one think : the room was provided only at 3pm not at 12h and we ask him if we can live at 12 instead of 11am even with extra money and he said NO. |

| nice enough hotel but not very central. doesn't merit more than 3 stars as i've stayed at better 3 star hotels in barca. main let down is the staff who come across as a little bit rude. |

| Great value for money, good location, unnecessary over the top checking in procedures. would use again provided the greeter / concierge was no longer employed by the company - he was a pain in the preverbial and when you arrive at midnight after a very long day the last thing you need is to be patronised about the most simple of instructions - i.e. this is a door, it needs to be locked!!! Barcelona is a great city, i love calamares! |
