The only remark is that apartments are smoking so there is a smell of cigarettes, not to strong, but it is there. It would be great if some apartments are non-smoking only.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. However, it seems it was only the penthouse apartment that was shown on venere.com, which was disappointing when we got there, as it was nice but not as we saw on the internet. There was also a blonde girl working on the reception the first day we arrived, who a few of us didn't find too welcoming or interested in her job.

Excellent location directly opposite Liverpool Train Station (and Underground) and 10 min walk to Thames and Tower bridge (Petticoat Lane is behind Hotel about 5 minutes away). Beautifully appointed apartments with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. Quiet location ideal as a base for a long stay in London.

Excellent location. Very handy for public transport. If i was being very picky i would say that there was not enough light in the bathroom (maybe it was a wrong bulb in my room and i was unlucky?) Another mirror in the bedroom. Only one mirror and it was in bathroom. Maybe again this was only my room.

Perfect for a family. Easy access to public transportation (Liverpool station is accross the street). Many pubs nearby for dining. Grocery store half a block away. Would apprectiate a coffee maker in the future.

Really nice hotel, room was v clean although could have done with a new wardrobe and bed side table... they did not really match the high standards of the rest of the room. Really handy to have your own kitchen and washing meachine, will stop here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were modern and clean and in a great location, just opposite Liverpool Street Station. Some people might find the location noisy though, as there is lots happenning outside.

I would recomend this hotel to anyone especially familes, its an excellent base close to the underground & very spacious if you go for the 2 bedroom option. My only negatives are the floor in the living area was very dusty & the room smelled of smoke but this was sorted by the maid. The living area at the front of the property was a little noisy at nights but the bedrooms at the back were quiet.

Excellent service, wonderful hotel altogether. The rooms were large and very well decorated and the bathroom was spacious and the shower wonderful! The same to all the apto. Good location, just in front of the underground. Would go back in a flash.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were facing the rear of the building and therefore no problems with noise. It was a very warm week end so the air conditioning was very welcome. Perfect location, just across the road from Liverpool St. station, giving easy access to all attractions, with the added benefit of being back in your room within 2 minutes of getting off the tube, which after spending many hours walking around the city was a real bonus. Check in/out was very easy, staff very polite and friendly. Couldn't fault the place - would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic place to stay especially for a small group with very spacious rooms, dvd, cd player, separate kitchen and living area and literally across the road and a couple of doors down from the tube station. I can't compliment this venue enough as it should suit everybody.

I booked these apartments for a hen party group and was so impressed with the quality of the apartments. Our air conditioning didn't work when we arrived, but was fixed within 5 minutes. Would recommend these to anyone and would stay again. Excellent location!!

In generale comunque tornerei.

As has been mentioned before, some of the front rooms are noisy - not an issue if you have a front facing livingroom as we did (201) and bedrooms to the rear, but to bear in mind if you have kids. Specify when booking.
